All products displayed on the Phoenix Jayy website are subject to availability. If an item is out of stock, please email us!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE? 

For UK orders, if your order is in stock then you will receive your order within 3 to 5 working days. If however we are out of stock we will notify you of the approximate waiting time. If that particular piece is not being made anymore, we will offer you either a similar alternative or a full refund.
When you place an order on the Phoenix Jayy website you will receive confirmation of your order via email. Please ensure that the email address you provide at Checkout is correct and the email account provided by you is working properly.

HOW WILL MY JEWELLERY BE PACKAGED?
All orders are gift-wrapped in tissue paper and/or Phoenix Jayy gift boxes (subject to availability)

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
If you are unhappy with your purchase you can email us and we will accept returns up to two weeks after delivery. Orders must be returned with all tags and packaging. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for full details.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept payment using PayPal and accept all major credit and debit cards.
All prices displayed on the Phoenix Jayy website include UK VAT and exclude delivery charges.

I'M NOT AT HOME DURING THE DAY, HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
When ordering please give a delivery address where someone you know is in. If goods cannot be delivered, a card will be put through your door by Royal Mail, and goods will be held at the local post office.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY GOODS ARE DAMAGED IN TRANSIT?
While every effort is made to protect goods during transit, if goods are damaged when you receive, then please contact us.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY GOODS HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED YET?
Once your order has been received we will e-mail you. If you haven't received goods within stated delivery time please e-mail us!

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PHOENIX JAYY FASHION ACCESSORIES?
To look after your fashion accessories, you should store them in a dry place, preferably in the original packaging.
Fashion jewellery should be removed when bathing, exercising or sleeping and all fashion accessories should not be exposed to chemicals e.g. from hand washes, hand cream, hair spray or perfumes.
